Football Club in Coventry celebrate
Christ the King Football Club in
Coventry celebrated and excellent season the the First team
winning five trophies. The team were proud to be part of the fund
raising efforts that raised £10,000 for local charities through
the Charity Cup. The club runs three senior teams and 21 junior teams . The club enjoyed cup and
league wins at all levels for the season. The first photo shows the
first team squad with their parish priest Canon Tom Farrell. The five
trophies won included the Alliance League champions,the Charity
Cup the Stan Olds Cup. The team played the Charity Cup final
at Coventry City Ricoh Arena, as shown on the 2nd
